These terms are the contract between you and the person who provides Neta. You accept them when you create your account. They also exist in Spanish. If the two versions differ: if you are a consumer in Mexico, the Spanish version prevails (Federal Consumer Protection Law, art. 85); anywhere else, the version in the language you accepted prevails.
Neta is offered in almost any country (Section 2). These terms apply to everyone, and Section 16 adds what the consumer law of your region gives you on top: the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States, Brazil and Mexico. Nothing below takes away a right your law gives you.
Our name. Neta was called CysterSync until September 2026. Only the name changed: the same person provides the same service.
1. Who provides the service
Provider: Pablo Gabriel Campos Cordero, an individual.
Address: Avenida Progreso 40, interior 502, Col. Escandón, Alcaldía Miguel Hidalgo, CDMX, CP 11800
Phone: +52 55 2065 6223
Email for questions, clarifications and complaints: support@tuneta.app
2. Who can use Neta
To use Neta you must be 18 or older. You do not need an invitation: you can create an account in almost any country, and a friend's code is optional. We ask your country to show you prices in your currency, your country's help lines and the rules that protect you (Section 16). Your account is personal: use it only for yourself.
The European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, not yet. There we will open accounts as soon as we name someone to represent us, as their data-protection laws ask (Privacy Notice, Section 13). Until then, if you live there you can leave us your email and we will let you know.
3. What Neta is, and what it is not
Neta is an educational and self-management tool. It helps you record what happens in your own body, shows you patterns in what you recorded, and answers your questions about your condition.
Neta is not a medical service, and it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The full statement is in the Medical Disclaimer; these are the essentials:
- What Neta shows and suggests is for information only.
- Neta is not a substitute for professional medical care. It does not replace your doctor, and nothing it shows you is a diagnosis or a prescription.
- Neta does not diagnose you and does not assign you a type. It has no such feature.
- What Neta shows you may be incomplete or wrong: it comes from what you recorded and from calculations that are not medical tests, and your companion's replies are written by an AI that can be wrong (Section 10).
- Consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about your health, including before starting, stopping, or changing any supplement, medication, diet, or exercise program.
- Never disregard or delay professional care because of something you read in Neta.
4. If you are in crisis
Neta is not an emergency service and cannot help in a crisis. It does not notify anyone on your behalf: not a partner, not a doctor, not an emergency contact.
We never contact emergency services on your behalf, and we could not: Neta has no phone line, no access to your location, and no route to any emergency service. Only the crisis lines on the resources page can do that, and each one's own policy is stated beside its number.
If you have a medical emergency, or are in danger, call your country's emergency number (911 in Mexico and the United States, 112 in the European Union, 999 in the United Kingdom, 192 in Brazil). The app's resources page has your country's number and directories of crisis lines.
5. Your account
- Keep your password safe; your account is yours and no one else's.
- Give true information and use Neta for your own personal, non-commercial use.
- You can delete your account at any time from your profile, and your data with it (see the Privacy Notice).
Subscription-time rewards
A referral counts when a new verified account admitted with your code pays for a full-price subscription and clears 30 days without a refund. Each referral that counts adds 30 days to your own access, up to 90 days per UTC calendar year. Your twentieth referral that counts adds 1,825 days once, separately from that annual cap. Reward days have no cash value and cannot be transferred. If you have a paid subscription, the days move your next billing date; if the payment provider fails, the days stay reserved to be applied later. A later cancellation or refund does not remove days already earned.
Self-referrals and artificial accounts do not count. We do not show friends, pending referrals, or whether they remain subscribed. When you share an invitation, say clearly that you may receive free time; our share text already says so, and it must stay visible, in the same language and place as your recommendation. Do not make medical claims or send unsolicited bulk invitations.
6. Price and free trial
Free until you see your first reading. Creating your account and using Neta costs nothing until you see your first reading on screen, and for the 7 days after it you have full access. Your first reading is the first answer to your question or, if you did not write one, the first reading Neta shows you, whether or not there is a relationship, once you have 12 days with both on record. It counts only when it is shown on your screen: a notice, an email or a calculation you were not shown does not count. If it never comes, you are never charged; until then, your Companion answers up to 60 messages. No clock starts when you sign up, and we do not ask for a card. We only charge you for what you accepted, and we tell you before every renewal.
Neta Plus, if you choose to continue afterwards. The price is fixed per country, in your currency, and it is the one you see before you pay:
| Country | Monthly | Yearly | Taxes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Mexico | $199 MXN | $1,799 MXN | IVA (VAT) included |
| Argentina | $18,999 ARS | $170,999 ARS | taxes included |
| Colombia | $36,900 COP | $328,900 COP | taxes included |
| Chile | $10,990 CLP | $96,990 CLP | taxes included |
| Spain | €8.99 EUR | €82.99 EUR | VAT included |
| United Kingdom | £7.99 GBP | £71.99 GBP | VAT included |
| Canada | $14.99 CAD | $132.99 CAD | taxes added at checkout |
| Australia | $14.99 AUD | $134.99 AUD | GST included |
| United States and any other country | $9.99 USD | $89.99 USD | taxes added at checkout where your country charges them |
Where it says "included", that is the total amount you pay and there are no extra charges. Where it says "added at checkout", the seller shows you your country's tax before you confirm. This table is the price on the web. On the App Store and Google Play, the store shows you its own price, with your country's taxes, before you confirm: that is the price you pay there, and it may not be identical to this table. Changing the country you declared does not change the price of a subscription you already hold.
Who charges you. On the web, Paddle (Paddle.com), which sells as merchant of record and issues your receipt. On the App Store, Apple. On Android, Google Play. Your card goes to whoever charges you; we never see it.
Your price is kept. The price you start on is the price you keep for as long as your subscription stays active without a break.
Without paying, your record is still yours. If you do not continue, you keep your record, your earlier readings, your history, your data download and the deletion of your account. Exporting and deleting your data are never charged for.
7. Automatic renewal and cancellation
Your subscription renews on its own at the end of each period (every month or every year), for the same amount, until you cancel. Before you pay we tell you that the charge is recurring, how often, how much and when, and you accept it expressly when you confirm your purchase.
We notify you before each renewal, at least 5 calendar days before the charge, at your account's email address, and you can cancel with no penalty.
You can cancel at any time, and cancellation is immediate:
- Paid on the web: on your profile, under "Your plan", with one tap.
- Paid on the App Store: on your iPhone, Settings, your name, Subscriptions, Neta.
- Paid on Google Play: in the Play Store, your profile, Payments & subscriptions, Subscriptions, Neta.
Once you cancel you are not charged again, and you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription: cancel it there first. A subscription paid on the web stops when you delete your account.
8. Your right to change your mind, and refunds
Web purchases. You have 14 calendar days from your first payment for a subscription to change your mind, with no reason and no penalty: we refund the full price, to the same payment method, no later than 14 days after you ask. Write to support@tuneta.app (saying "I want to cancel my purchase" is enough, or use the model below) or request it from your Paddle receipt. We give you this period even though the service starts at once and even if you have already used it: we deduct nothing for the days elapsed. It is the same period wherever you live; where your law gives you a shorter one (5 business days in Mexico, 7 days in Brazil), ours applies, because it is longer.
Once per account. This full 14-day refund, with no deduction, is given once per account: on the first subscription you pay for on the web. If you subscribe again later, you keep for that new contract the right to change your mind that your law gives you (5 business days in Mexico, 7 days in Brazil, 14 days in the European Union and the United Kingdom), on that law's terms (Section 16).
Model withdrawal form (you may copy it; it is not required): "To support@tuneta.app: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for a Neta Plus subscription, ordered on [date], under the email [your account's email]. [Date]."
App Store or Google Play purchases. Refunds are decided and made by the store, under its own process; we will help if you write to us.
If the service is not provided as we offered it, you have the rights your country's consumer law gives you, in addition to the above (Section 16).
9. Acceptable use
Do not use Neta to:
- record another person, or on behalf of a minor;
- try to see other users' data, probe or break the service's security, or interfere with its operation;
- build a competing product, or extract data at scale;
- misuse the AI (for example, trying to extract its internal instructions or to generate content unrelated to the service's purpose).
10. The artificial intelligence
Neta uses artificial intelligence to answer you, to summarise your conversations, and to record short facts about you from what you write, only if you gave that permission. You always know you are talking to an AI. AI can be wrong, even when it sounds sure: it can misread your data, leave out something important, misunderstand your situation, or state something that is not true. Treat what it says as a starting point for your own thinking and for conversations with your healthcare professional, not as medical instruction, and check it with them before you act on it.
The Privacy Notice sets out exactly what is sent to the AI provider, and at which four points.
11. Your content
What you put into Neta remains yours. You give us only the permission needed to provide the service: to store your data and to process it with our providers (see the Privacy Notice). We do not claim ownership of your health information, we do not license it to anyone, and we do not permit any provider to train models on it.
12. The service, and our responsibility
We work to keep Neta available and working well, and we improve the service over time. If a failure or a change takes away something you paid for, write to us and we will resolve it with you, including a proportional refund where it applies. Where your law gives you the right to a service that conforms to the contract, and to have it fixed, the price reduced or the contract ended if it does not, you have that right (Section 16).
How far we are liable. We limit our liability to the fullest extent the law of your region allows, and never beyond it:
- Information, not medical advice. Everything Neta shows you (your patterns, your readings, your companion's replies) is information for you to think about, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment (Section 3). The AI can be wrong even when it sounds sure (Section 10).
- Your health decisions are yours. You make them, ideally with a healthcare professional. Where the law allows, we are not liable for the consequences of acting on Neta's content contrary to what Sections 3 and 10 say, for example starting, stopping or changing a medication or a treatment without consulting your healthcare professional.
- Indirect damages. Where the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as lost profits or a lost opportunity.
- A cap. Where the law allows, the most we are liable for, for all claims related to Neta together, is what you paid us in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to them.
- What we never limit. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for intent, bad faith or fraud, for gross negligence, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any right your country's consumer law says cannot be limited. If your law does not allow one of the limitations above, that one does not apply to you, and the others still do. Section 16 says, with its article, how this applies in your region.
Nothing in these terms takes away rights the law gives you.
13. Changes to these terms
We do not change these terms without your agreement. If we want to change them, we will tell you in the app, with what changes, and ask you to accept them. Until you accept them, the terms you accepted before still apply. If you do not accept, you can cancel with no penalty, and what you already paid is honoured to the end of its period.
14. Termination
You can stop using Neta and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously breach these terms, or to protect the service or other users; we will tell you why, and you will keep your data download. If we end your access without any breach on your part, we refund the proportional part of what you paid for the period you will not use.
15. Complaints, governing law and courts
If you have a complaint, write to us first at support@tuneta.app: we will answer.
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. If you live in another country, that choice does not take away the protection of your country's consumer rules that cannot be contracted out of, and you can complain to your country's consumer authority and sue in the courts of your home where your law so provides (Section 16). In Mexico you can go at any time to the Procuraduría Federal del Consumidor (PROFECO), which is competent administratively, and any dispute is resolved by the competent courts of Mexico. You do not give up the protection of the Federal Consumer Protection Law.
To our knowledge, no Mexican official standard (NOM) requires this type of contract to be registered with PROFECO; if one ever does, we will register it.
16. Your region
16.1 European Union and European Economic Area
- Information before you contract (Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 6): who we are, what the service is, the total price with taxes, the duration and the renewal, and your right of withdrawal are in Sections 1, 3, 6, 7 and 8.
- Right of withdrawal (arts. 9 to 14): 14 days from your first payment, no reason needed, with a full refund within 14 days to the same payment method, and no deduction for what you used. By confirming your purchase you ask us to start the service at once (art. 7(3)); even so, on your account's first subscription we do not apply the proportionate deduction art. 14(3) would allow. On a later contract you keep the same 14 days, and there we may deduct the proportionate part of the service already provided (art. 14(3)). The model in Section 8 follows Annex I(B).
- Conformity of the digital service (Directive (EU) 2019/770, arts. 6 to 14): if Neta does not conform to the contract, you have the right to have it brought into conformity, to a price reduction, or to terminate the contract.
- Artificial intelligence (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, art. 50(1)): you always know you are talking to an AI.
- Liability (Directive 93/13/EEC, arts. 3 and 6(1), and Annex, points 1(a) and 1(b)): the limitations in Section 12 apply to you only insofar as they are not unfair under that directive and the law of your country that implements it. They never exclude or limit our liability for your death or personal injury, or your rights if we fail to perform or perform badly, and they never limit your remedies for lack of conformity (Directive (EU) 2019/770, art. 22(1)).
- Complaints and courts: you can go to your country's consumer authority and sue in the courts of your home (Regulation (EU) 1215/2012, art. 18(1)); the choice of Mexican law does not deprive you of the protection of the law of your residence (Regulation (EC) 593/2008, art. 6(2)). The European online dispute resolution platform ceased to exist in 2025, which is why we do not cite it.
16.2 United Kingdom
- Information and cancellation (Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, regs. 13, 29 to 34 and 36): the same 14 days as Section 8, with a full refund within 14 days on your account's first subscription; on a later contract you keep the 14 days, and we may deduct the proportionate part of the service already provided if you asked for it to start at once (reg. 36(4)).
- Conformity (Consumer Rights Act 2015, Part 1, Chapter 3, ss. 34 to 45): digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described; if not, you have the right to repair or replacement, or a price reduction.
- Liability (Consumer Rights Act 2015): we never exclude or restrict our liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence (s. 65(1)); we do not restrict your rights over digital content or services (ss. 47 and 57); and any limitation in Section 12 binds you only if it is fair (ss. 62 and 64).
- Subscriptions (Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024, Part 4, Chapter 2): the pre-contract information, reminders and easy cancellation in Sections 6 and 7 follow that regime as it comes into force.
- Complaints: to the Citizens Advice consumer service and, for advertising and consumer treatment, the Competition and Markets Authority.
16.3 United States
- Automatic renewal (Restore Online Shoppers' Confidence Act, 15 U.S.C. § 8403, and state automatic-renewal laws such as California Bus. & Prof. Code § 17602): before you pay you see clearly that the charge renews, how often and for how much, you accept it expressly, and you can cancel online with one tap (Section 7).
- Health data (Washington, RCW 19.373): the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy and Section 13.3 of the Privacy Notice.
- LIABILITY, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: NETA IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT; WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS CAPPED AS SECTION 12 SAYS (WHAT YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS). Some states do not allow the exclusion of certain implied warranties or the limitation of incidental or consequential damages; if you live in one of them, those limitations do not apply to you to that extent. We never limit our liability for fraud, willful injury, gross negligence or violation of law (for example, California Civil Code § 1668).
- Complaints: to your state's Attorney General. You do not waive any right your state's law gives you that cannot be contracted out of.
16.4 Brazil
- Right to change your mind (Código de Defesa do Consumidor, Lei 8.078/1990, art. 49): 7 days from contracting; on your account's first subscription we give you 14 (Section 8), and on every later contract you keep the Code's 7 days.
- Information and the offer (arts. 6, III, 30 and 31): the total price in your currency and the subscription's conditions are in Sections 6 and 7. These terms exist in Spanish and English; if you need help in Portuguese, write to support@tuneta.app.
- Liability (arts. 25 and 51, I): the Code does not allow a supplier to attenuate its liability towards a consumer who is an individual, so the exclusion of indirect damages and the cap in Section 12 do not apply to you. What Neta is and is not (Sections 3 and 10) does apply, as a description of the service.
- Law and forum (art. 101, I): you can sue in the forum of your home; the choice of Mexican law does not take away the Code's protection.
- Personal data: Section 13.4 of the Privacy Notice (LGPD).
16.5 Mexico
- Adhesion contract in Spanish, which prevails (LFPC, art. 85).
- Address, phone and complaint channels before contracting (art. 76 Bis, fr. III): Section 1.
- Total price with taxes (arts. 7, 7 Bis, 10 and 43): Section 6.
- Recurring charges with express consent, a renewal notice at least 5 calendar days ahead, and cancellation without penalty (art. 76 Bis, fr. VIII and IX): Section 7.
- Revocation (arts. 51, 56 and 92): 5 business days by law; on your account's first subscription we give you 14 calendar days (Section 8), and on every later contract you keep the 5 business days the law gives you.
- No unilateral modification (art. 90, fr. I): Sections 13 and 14.
- Liability (art. 90, fr. II and III; Federal Civil Code, arts. 1910 and 2106): we do not ask you to release us from our civil liability, and we do not shift it to you or to anyone else, so in Mexico the exclusion of indirect damages and the cap in Section 12 do not apply to you, and liability for intent (dolo) is never waived. What does apply is what describes the service (Neta gives information, not medical advice, and the AI can be wrong; Sections 3 and 10) and the general rule that no one is liable for damage resulting from the inexcusable fault or negligence of the person who suffers it (art. 1910).
- PROFECO and Mexican courts (arts. 1, 24, 86, 87 and 90, fr. VI): Section
