Delete your account and your data

In the app: your account, Delete your account. You type a word to confirm and it is done; you do not need to write to Neta.

Without the app: sign in on this site and open Delete your account

Deleting erases your account and everything you have logged, in one step, and it cannot be undone. One line in Neta's own log records that an account was deleted on that date, with no name, no email and no content, so it can prove your request was honoured.

Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it first, as below, if you do not want to be charged again. A plan paid on this site stops when the account is deleted.

Cancel a membership

Paid through the App Store: on your iPhone, Settings, your name, Subscriptions, Neta.

Paid through Google Play: in the Play Store, your profile, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions, Neta.

Paid on this site: sign in, open your profile, and manage your plan there.
